We collect minimal information to provide our Service:

• API Keys: Generated identifiers to authenticate your requests
• Usage Data: Request counts for rate limiting purposes
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not permanently log your keyword queries. Your search data is your data. Session results are stored temporarily for CSV export functionality and automatically deleted.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate API requests
• Enforce rate limits (Free: 5/hour, Pro: unlimited)
• Process payments for Pro subscriptions
• Improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Data Storage and Security

API keys and usage data are stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google/YouTube: Autocomplete suggestion APIs (public data)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality (API key storage in browser). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that collect personal data.

7. Data Retention

API keys are retained until you request deletion or your account is terminated. Session data for CSV exports is automatically deleted after 24 hours. Payment records are retained as required by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your API key and associated data
• Export your usage data
• Cancel your subscription at any time

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
