30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@delulu9.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your API key or the email used for payment
  3. Let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

After the 30-Day Period

After 30 days, refunds are not automatically granted but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your API key continues to work with Pro limits until the period ends
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier (5 requests/hour)
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

Free Tier

The Free tier has no cost and therefore no refunds apply. You can use the Free tier indefinitely with 5 requests per hour.

Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated subscription and refund requests, violation of Terms of Service, or fraudulent payment activity.
