By accessing or using SEO MCP ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO MCP provides keyword research tools via REST API and MCP server integration. The Service fetches suggestions from public autocomplete APIs (Google, YouTube) and provides intent categorization and difficulty estimation.

3. API Keys and Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You agree not to share your API key or allow others to access the Service using your credentials. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure

5. Rate Limits

Free tier: 5 requests per hour. Pro tier: Unlimited requests. Rate limits reset hourly. Exceeding limits will result in temporary access restrictions.

6. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

We do not permanently log your keyword queries. Session data is stored temporarily for CSV export functionality only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of keyword suggestions, intent categorization, or difficulty estimates. Results should be reviewed for critical content planning.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
